鋁水澆包烘干工藝包括如下步(bu)驟:
a)在鋁水澆(jiao)包外(wai)殼上(shang)均勻開設(she)若干(gan)個直徑為(wei)8-10mm的排氣(qi)孔(kong),相鄰兩個排氣(qi)孔(kong)的圓(yuan)心間距為(wei)200mm,在鋁水澆(jiao)包烘(hong)烤前進行檢查,除(chu)氣(qi)機報(bao)價,保證每個排氣(qi)孔(kong)暢通;
b)采用焦(jiao)炭作為燃(ran)料,焦(jiao)炭放在燃(ran)燒(shao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的圓柱形爐(lu)膛內(nei),燃(ran)燒(shao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置配備離心(xin)式鼓風(feng)機,離心(xin)式鼓風(feng)機的風(feng)量控制在2-5m3/h;焦(jiao)炭燃(ran)燒(shao)后,啟(qi)動離心(xin)式鼓風(feng)機,從燃(ran)燒(shao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的噴嘴內(nei)吹出火束(shu),口(kou)碑好(hao)的除(chu)氣機,將鋁水澆包烘干(gan);
c)火束(shu)的(de)長度(du)控(kong)制在600-800mm,火束(shu)末端離開鐵(tie)水包底部的(de)距(ju)離為150-250mm;
鋁水轉(zhuan)運包的使用說(shuo)明:
1、鋁(lv)水轉運包使用前,將轉運包內襯溫(wen)度烘(hong)烤至650-700℃,然(ran)后再注入(ru)鋁(lv)液;
注意(yi):新的轉(zhuan)運包(bao)(bao)初次使(shi)用(yong)(yong),要(yao)按升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線進行(xing)升(sheng)溫(wen)烘烤(kao)。(提(ti)高轉(zhuan)運包(bao)(bao)的使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命)
2、根據熔(rong)(rong)爐設(she)備(bei)的實際使用條(tiao)件與轉運(yun)距離(li),注入(ru)轉運(yun)包(bao)的鋁液(ye)溫度一(yi)般為720-750℃;熔(rong)(rong)爐設(she)備(bei)如有出水口(kou),鋁液(ye)溫度可設(she)定(ding)為720℃;熔(rong)(rong)爐設(she)備(bei)如沒(mei)有出水口(kou),靠人工用勺子(zi)注入(ru)轉運(yun)包(bao),鋁液(ye)設(she)定(ding)溫度大于720℃;
3、每(mei)(mei)次(ci)派送鋁水(shui)(shui),轉運包內鋁水(shui)(shui)要放干,并每(mei)(mei)次(ci)派送鋁水(shui)(shui)的時(shi)間不得太(tai)長(chang);
4、每次派送鋁液前,要(yao)確保轉(zhuan)運包內(nei)襯(chen)的溫度(du),盡可(ke)能(neng)與(yu)鋁液實際溫度(du)一(yi)致;如每次派送鋁液時(shi)間(jian)太(tai)長,一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)將轉(zhuan)運包內(nei)襯(chen)烘(hong)烤達到使(shi)用溫度(du)后,方可(ke)澆(jiao)入鋁液。
